  • Level 9 – Choose 1 Spell
  • Blade of Rime
  • Chill of the Mountain
  • Clench of the North Wind
  • Embrace of the Inferno
  • Fangs of the Fire Snak
  • Fist of Four Thunders

  • Rush of the Gale Spirits

  • Sphere of Elemental Balance
  • Sweeping Cinder Strike
  • Touch of the Storm
  • Water Whip
  • Positioning and control is the name of the game: nearly all of the Four Element spells somehow manipulate their target’s position on the battlefield. By repositioning yourself and using your abilities in the right context, you can push enemies into dangerous or deadly environmental hazards easily and keep them off yourself.
  • Spells are expensive, costing 2 Ki Points each, and so using them effectively is key. In general, you should use your spells only when it would be guaranteed to significantly improve your position, either by killing enemies or giving you and your party space.
  • Four Element Monks are the best at dictating engagements. By pushing and pulling opponents, you can either push them away from you and your party to keep enemies at bay, or else bring them close to you, keeping your weaker party members protected by your magic fists.

If I'm not working or spending time with the family I'm probably gaming. Some of my favorite recent games I've played are Far Cry 5, World of Warcraft Classic, and 7 Days to Die.
