Where to Find Dammon – Baldur’s Gate 3

If you’ve picked up a certain tiefling companion, she may have told you about her little heart problem. She needs a blacksmith, and not just any blacksmith – an infernal engineer. Luckily, she heard that one has conveniently set up shop nearby. So where can you find Dammon?

Finding Dammon

Head to the Emerald Grove, and go straight down the hill into The Hollow. You’ll find Dammon at the forge on a circular platform, complaining about the druids’ preference for wooden tools.

Aside from being an Elijah Wood lookalike, Dammon is also a merchant, and you can trade with him. But more importantly, if you have Karlach with you, he’ll offer to fix her infernal engine. All you need is some Infernal Iron.

Note that if you choose not to side with the residents of the grove, Dammon will disappear from the game along with the other tieflings. He can also be killed if you choose to do battle in the grove itself. If you do side with the grove, Dammon will linger at his forge until he leaves with the other tieflings after the party at your camp. At that point you won’t see him again until you reach Baldur’s Gate. You’ll have to wait until then to make further repairs to Karlach’s engine.
