Where to Find the Hand Cannon

The Hand Cannon is the first weapon you will make at a Reforge station. At the beginning of Aftermath, Elias Porter will give you an empty Modular Weapons Platform and you will be required to print this gun in order to progress. The 800 Credits required to build it can be found in a chest right next to the Reforge station.
