Once you’ve defeated Malenia, Blade of Miquella, you can speak to Gideon Ofnir in Roundtable Hold about the Haligtree to recieve this incatation. Otherwise, this incantation will become available to purchase from the Twin Maiden Husks in Roundtable Hold once you’ve defeated Maliketh, the Black Blade.
