One of the new exotics that have been making a buzz since the release of Destiny 2’s latest expansion, The Final Shape, is the solar exotic rifle “Still Hunt”. Even among the exotics in Destiny 2, this thing seems to be a cut above the rest. Let’s take a look at the different quests and steps that players will need to do to grab this awesome weapon.

What Quest Gives the Exotic Rifle Still Hunt?
Players will actually need to have finished the campaign for The Final Shape before they can start the process of getting Still Hunt.
Immediately after finishing the campaign, you will be back at the Lost City.
Speak to ghost who will grant you your rewards and the quest Destined Heroes, which rewards the Ergo Sum sword.
Start doing the quest steps for Destined Heroes, then after completing Queens Pert 1, you can go speak to Cayde and get the exotic quest Wild Card (Image 1).
The mission Wild Card is a longer quest that neatly progresses some important character arcs. It is unique among exotic quests because it is broken up into different sections, but it isn’t complicated, and players shouldn’t have an issue finishing it after starting it.

Upon completion, head back to Cayde, and he will reward you with the exotic solar rifle.
Why is Still Hunt Powerful?
The Still Hunt exotic rifle is unique because it is essentially a golden gun super in a weapon. As you fill up the gauge from getting kills, you will earn golden gun shots. This can be an excellent tool in dealing boss damage, and ripping through powerful enemies like champions.
What is even more enticing is that this weapon has synergy with the hunter exotic helmet, Celestial Nighthawk (Image 2). This means that players can consume three golden gun shots to make one ultra powerful shot. If you have the golden gun super equipped, you can do the weapon’s attack, and your super attack for massive damage.
